Let's get real – I hit rock bottom and it wasn't pretty.

A few years back, I was that woman running on fumes, caffeine, and pure stubbornness. Working too much, sleeping too little, and gaining weight faster than excuses. My face in the mirror looked like it belonged to someone 10 years older, and my mood? Let's just say my family deserved combat pay. Then my body staged a revolt. Complete with depression, extra pounds, and a level of misery that made me realize: keep this up and I'm headed for a first-name basis with the hospital staff.

Sound familiar? Yeah, I thought so.

The Pharmacy Disillusionment

Here's the plot twist: I was a pharmacist. Ironic, right?

I went to pharmacy school thinking I'd help people get healthy. Fast forward a few years, and I was watching the same people get sicker and sicker while picking up more and more prescriptions.

Something wasn't adding up. These medications weren't fixing the actual problems – they were just masking symptoms while new ones popped up like a twisted game of whack-a-mole.

Back to My Roots

So I did something crazy – I went back to school for a Fellowship in Anti-aging and Functional Medicine from the University of South Florida School of Medicine.

I dug into nutrition, detox, cleansing, and science-backed supplements that actually work. Not because it sounded cute on Instagram, but because my own health was hanging by a thread.

The game-changer? Discovering our bodies can heal themselves when we stop throwing wrenches in the works.

I help women who are done feeling like garbage figure out why their bodies are rebelling – and fix it without living on kale smoothies and sadness.
